I am using mineral oil - How is Eggcellent better? How do i replace it?

Mineral oil fails at high heat, high humidity and long transport. It struggles to keep eggs stable from temperature shocks.
Eggcellent is half the price of mineral oil and can handle temperature fluctuations much better while providing better shelf life results overall.

For existing mineral oil spraying lines, simply change nozzle size to 1–1.2 mm and pressure to 3 bar - a seamless, far more economical switch with superior benefits, especially for washed eggs.
